Sharpening steel Diamond Sebra Forged

The Forged knives of the Sebra series are sturdy & stylish. Each blade is forged by hand. That makes every knife unique.

A sharpening steel does not sharpen a knife, but it causes the burrs on the cutting edge to point back in the direction of the cutting edge, keeping the knife sharp.  By passing the knife a number of times with the entire blade along the sharpening steel, it becomes sharp again. It is important to always keep the knife at the same angle. This is done for both sides of the blade, with the front being brushed against the steel twice as often as the back. The Sebra Forged Diamond Sharpening Steel is packed in a luxurious wooden box.
