The webshop is the online shop of PERRON STORES BV. The general terms and conditions of sale of PERRON STORES BV apply. All prices in the shop include VAT.

General sales conditions

Unless special written agreements between PERRON STORES BV and the customer, the following sales conditions apply. The terms and conditions will be interpreted to the letter of the law. If one or more points from these terms and conditions are not or partially valid for the law, this leaves the other points unaffected. Any order constitutes acceptance of our terms by the customer. Registration on the PERRON STORES webshop is a condition for ordering. Each customer receives a personal identification code and password of their choice upon registration. Each offer is only open to customers residing in Belgium. The articles are exclusively intended for private use.

PERRON STORES BV cannot be held to evidently incorrect prices in the webshop, for example as a result of clear input, printing or typing errors.

The offer is valid while stocks last and can be adjusted at any time.

If an item is out of stock, the delivery period can be extended, this will be explicitly stated in the confirmation of the order.

Order

You can only order by registered customers. When you place an order via the website, this order is confirmed by e-mail and a purchase agreement is concluded between PERRON STORES BV and the customer. The customer can cancel the order free of charge within 24 hours of receiving this confirmation. After this period, the order is final. PERRON STORES BV reserves the right to refuse an order without justification.

Payments

You can pay via the secure payment page of Mollie met Bancontact, KBC, ING, with the payment page of Paypall or if the customer does not have these payment options, you can opt for an offline payment (via bank transfer) or for payment on collection.

Right of withdrawal (return)

If the purchased item is not to your liking, the customer can return or bring the item within 14 working days after delivery to PERRON STORES BV Stationsstraat 87, 9100 Sint-Niklaas, Belgium (returns) on the basis of the right of renunciation. The item must be accompanied by the proof of purchase. Some products that have packaging can be returned if the packaging is undamaged. After opening or changing the packaging that covers the item in whole or in part, the customer can no longer renounce the purchase. If the customer keeps the items he received for longer than 14 working days, he is deemed to have definitively purchased the items in question.

Complaints

If the customer has complaints or questions about goods supplied by PERRON STORES BV or about the order procedure, the customer can send an e-mail to info@perron87.com or a letter to PERRON STORES BV, Stationsstraat 87, 9100 Sint - Nicholas. If we do not fulfill our obligations, the consumer, i.e. a natural or legal person who uses our company for non-professional purposes only, is entitled to claim compensation before the court in accordance with common law. All our agreements are governed by Belgian law. If the customer is a natural or legal person who only uses our company for non-professional purposes, all disputes will be settled in the court at the consumer's place of residence.
